    TL;DR: We have had problems with selling directly to your clients in the past but we think we have it figured out.

    I'm not convinced the Partner Strategy and Sales position is viable at Sage NA. History supports that. If they don't provide the appropriate authority, nothing happens and the person eventually leaves.

    How about this Sage - When a CPA request information regarding the Accountant's Network, can you CALL them???? Local CPA is helping me sell to one of HIS clients and NO one at Sage will contact him about getting back on the CPA program. Really???? Let's start with the easy stuff first before going farther....
