Hi there

I have a client using the attached Shortcut for Timecard instructions.

The problem is that they reboot their server once a week (automatically) and when they do, the connection for the shortcut is lost, and they have to re-set it up (in other words follow the instructions weekly).

Does anyone have any advice on how to avoid this if the server is rebooted?

I have a customer who does this - TimeTrack - and they have a shortcut set up on the server, and that shortcut is shared with desktops (copy/paste). I'm not entirely clear from your question whether the issue is that the desktop shortcut disappears ( sounds like it  ). Are they using any type of desktop management on those workstations, such as VDI?
