  • 1.  Time Track questions

    Client recently implemented Time Track, and is still refining her work flow.

    A couple questions have come up.

    1. Employee has punches from 2 weeks ago. PR person didn't pay him that week. The following week, rather than pulling in the old punches, she created new TT entries in the new week. What would be the most appropriate way to "remove" those punches? a. delete the old punches & document the heck out of the actions? Record negative hours in TT entry to offset them (if you an even do that)?
    2. For a particular department, same client is tracking time, but she does not pay that department out of Sage. Is there any way to send those punches to history without generating paychecks for them?
