  • 1.  Time Track on Sage 100 2023 deleting time-card-records after payroll run

    All,

        Since upgrading Time Track on Sage 100 2023 deleting time-card-records after payroll  update run.

    Previous Sage version didn't do that.    Setting to retain history is 9 years.

    Why would it delete time-records after payroll update?

    Have you verified they're not in the history file?  They're supposed to move from Entry to History upon updating.

    Verified, not in History file except for records prior to upgrade to 2023.
    They work fine until the Payroll Update.
    Previous 2017 version worked fine.

    I have one client on 2023 w/ TimeTrack and their records are in history.
