  • 1.  Time Track Included in subscription?

    Have a customer with JC & PR upgrading to 2019.  They never had a TimeCard license.  Is Time Track now included in the PR module without having to be bought separately?  Having hard time getting definitive answer from Sage.

    No, not included, you have to buy it.

    @Nancy Hanson that is exactly where the confusion exists.  I called the Sage sales team for confirmation and the sales rep I spoke with didn't think is was a separate purchase but he wasn't 100%.  There is not a Time Track product in the price list.  But TimeCard is still listed (even though the product isn't TimeCard!  :)  So we tell the client they have to buy TimeCard in order to use the product that is not activated separately and does not show up as a module.  Got to love it.

    My customer just bought TT/TimeCard after going to subscription and the portal says TimeCard.  It was also called out separately on their Subscription Renewal (not included in their Advanced Bundle.
