  • 1.  Time Off Accural

    Client has 2 employees with issues.  See below for one of them - which does not add across.  Sage must not be looking SOLELY at the numbers that are on this screen, because I zeroed out the Accrued and Used, saved the record, and it then showed the employee had -15.40 hours available.  So where else is it looking when it does this calculation?  I thought maybe it was the Eligibility Date and Sage was looking at the detail records, but I changed it to 04/30, which is when the employee started, and nothing recalculated.

    ??????  I went through the PR_Employee record and didn't see 15.40 ANYWHERE.

    The issue is that is you calculate the Available, you don't get what Sage shows.

    It's accruing fine.  It's just off by 15 hours and I don't know where that's coming from.

    I found my issue to be with "How to use for Time Off Limit" setting

    So client reported changing to a different code made a difference, and thinks she may have it setup wrong, although the only diff I could see was Carry Over (which employee didn't have).

    FWIW, I just addressed an issue the other day where TimeOffAvail wasn't showing correctly on the stub when TimeOff was taken on that paycheck.  Turns out it was because the Earnings Code was set to Regular type and not TimeOff2 (Pers).
