Client has 2 employees with issues. See below for one of them - which does not add across. Sage must not be looking SOLELY at the numbers that are on this screen, because I zeroed out the Accrued and Used, saved the record, and it then showed the employee had -15.40 hours available. So where else is it looking when it does this calculation? I thought maybe it was the Eligibility Date and Sage was looking at the detail records, but I changed it to 04/30, which is when the employee started, and nothing recalculated.
?????? I went through the PR_Employee record and didn't see 15.40 ANYWHERE.
