Time Clock Solutions for MAS - What is everyone recommending for time (and attendance) clock solutions these days? Sage Timesheets, Time Clock Plus and Kronos come to mind. Are there others that you would recommend?

We have a couple that use Galaxy (insperity).

I had one or two use Kronos mostly when they wanted to offload the implementation/integration to a third party provider.

Does Time Clock Plus or Kronos integrate with MAS?

I have a couple clients on Time Clock Plus. It provides an import CSV to bring in via VI. I assume the same would have to be done with Kronos or any other application.

Kronos is also a VI job - what I like about Kronos is that the client usually works with someone from Kronos to make the VI job however you like it. Most of the time the import of data to payroll seems to be about 75% of the work and then the client has to go through and touch up the deductions, salaries, etc.

A few years ago I inherited a clients time clock purchase. Since then, I've sold several more, but never had to integrate with MAS. The software is TimeForce (SQL based) and the clocks I recommend are either the IQ1000 (top of the line) or the Velocity 800 (mid-range). TimeForce runs on IE or Firefox. Tech support never let me down.

We've ""integrated"" TimeForce with 2 MAS 90 customers. It's a very simple export/import process, so I use the term ""integrated"" loosely.

We have a client on TimeForce as well. We also have a client on AboutTime. Contractor. Time is collected in the field by crew supervisor and transmitted from phone to office. Includes Job info. I think we have one on ExacTime and also one on TruTime. All used VI.

I have a couple clients on Timeforce. It seems like it has all the necessary pieces.

After reviewing our clients use of TimeForce for capturing data for Work order transactions we ended up writing our own .net time entry package. It couldn't be easily adapated for work order data fields. The TimeForce program is still used for their payroll. The plan is to place workstations in strategic areas in the shop so each employee can enter their own job time. VI brings the data in. We have about three clients now using the time entry app. Does not link to timeclocks.
