Hi there
We have a client we are trying to upgrade to 2023 (maybe 2024) and the upgrade freezes due to the massive amount of TimeCard data. We have spoken to the client as well as to Sage.
Has anyone experienced and gotten through an upgrade with TimeCard data freezing?
I have attached an email with dialogue from a couple of consultants detailing the issue.
