Tier Posting and Charges They have some very new people let loose on orders in Atlanta. One of my SI bundle subscriptions has been mishandled several times so far, including: 1. Double posting of tier (I suppose that's an improvement over not posting - for 3+ months.) 2. Posting the monthly cost and margin to tier. 3. Sending me an invoice for the monthly cost. 4. Charging MY credit card for the monthly cost - without my authorization. That last one really concerns me. It was less than $100, but there doesn't seem to be any control there. I sent all of this to Larry Sunderlin and, oh, he wants to have a call now. I really don't need to talk to them - just fix it!

Please keep us up to date. Curious as to how long the fix takes.

Since it's almost 6 in Atlanta now, I don't imagine the ""conversation"" will take place until tomorrow . . . I'm not sure if they have hours for certain key people to accommodate the West Coast. Now I know how resellers in Hawaii feel, except it's Hawaii, so that helps with the attitude.

The Saga continues (not a new name for Sage, although appropriate)! The customer related to this transaction just received an e-mail from SageSubscriptions@sage.com as follows: From: Sage North America [SageSubscriptions@sage.com] Sent: Tuesday, February 07, 2017 12:07 PM To: Subject: Confirmation of your Sage Subscription Cancellation Account: Subscription: Dear , We have received your cancellation request for your account. The cancellation will be effective as of the end of your current subscription term, which is 02/21/2017. If you have any questions about this order or anything else related to your Sage account, please contact us. Thank you for your business! Sage If you have order/billing inquiries, please contact Sage at 1-866-996-7243. The customer did not request this, nor did we, and the account number was not theirs and did not look like any Sage customer number. We are thinking this may be a scam and not from Sage, even though it seems like something Sage would do. I can bring this up when my call comes in - 10 AM call - now 10:23 . . . Sage's version of call waiting . . .

I'm not sure how long this will take to resolve, but I did get an answer today. File this under ""third time's a charm"". The first order they did wrong - not the right product/form. The second order of this was also wrong. (So far I could have told them that!) The third order is now correct - they claim. So now all they have to do is clean up the mess . . .
