Tidbits from the Business Intelligence Boot camp Business Intelligence will be a menu item just like a module in Sage 100 version 2014 In Business Intellegence, some if not all of the Standard Reports require a password to Unlock. This password for some reason is supposed to be a closely guarded secret - why I don't have a clue. The password? smi_bx2010. Please keep this in the group. When upgrading BI reports from say 4.5 to 2013, BI Security does not upgrade. The work-around is to copy and paste the *.tre files in the Repository Folder > Report Tree Unlike past ERP exam questions who in part were written by what was called the India Dove team and argueably questionable as to correctness, the BI cert exam available in January. 2014 will be written totally by the North American team and be more intuitive. More free reports are in the works. In the meantime there is a web site www.theintelligencestore.com where 15 Sage 100 reports can be had for $10.00 each.

Speaking of v2014, what is the word on it? I assume they are going to release it directly without any reseller interaction as that has been the trend for the past couple years.

Is that per month/per user??

I believe it was $99 per system and includes 999 users. I hope I got that right.
