Throwing this CRM integration question out to the group... One downside to using the Crystal .PDF paperless office form with electronic delivery for orders and quotes is that a record is not written back to the CRM Opportunity. It would be slick if it did. As it is, you must manually send the quote from CRM OR drag and drop the .PDF to the opportunity to record that a communication was sent. Anyone using integration and Sales order quotes and orders? How are you sending the documents?

Alan, we are using it with Paperless and we just click on the Quote in the opportunity and launch the MAS screen of Order Entry from there. We can then click on the Paperless button on that Quote/Order to see the PDF copy. Of course this only works with open quotes/orders that are still in entry. Otherwise we launch customer inquiry from the CRM screen and view their paperless copies there.
