Throwing this CRM integration question out to the group... One downside to using the Crystal .PDF paperless office form with electronic delivery for orders and quotes is that a record is not written back to the CRM Opportunity. It would be slick if it did. As it is, you must manually send the quote from CRM OR drag and drop the .PDF to the opportunity to record that a communication was sent.
Anyone using integration and Sales order quotes and orders? How are you sending the documents?
