  • 1.  *** Three Asterisks in the Job Number Column - ALE Job Maintenance

    v2018 PU3 - This may be WAD - User has a custom ALE and the Job Number column doesn't show the job number.  All of the job numbers show three asterisks (***).  Is there are legitimate reason this is happening?

    Field too narrow?  Did they change the name of the column to JOB and make it only 3 char?

    @Beth Bowers  That's a good thought.  They didn't change the name of the column.  I can't recreate the issue on my computer even when I change the column width of the job number field. ​

    Yes.  This is one user with a custom lookup.  I asked her to delete the custom lookup and re-create it.  Haven't had any communication back so it must have worked.  There was probably something messed up with the custom lookup.
