Thoughts on this as pricing for webinars? We have three levels - each a different fee. Only one webinar per month (for now)

I think the recorded webinar which takes time & effort to create should be bumped to level 2.

Looks good - as a personal preference, I would make the most valuable thing ""Level 1"" not ""Level 3"". Also - what is the protocol for admonishing members who arrange vendor presentations outside of proper channel? It's very easy for a vendor to approach a member and say ""hey wouldn't it be great if I did a webinar for your group?"" And the member feels that they are performing a valuable service.

I think that once we roll this out we should be fine with getting everyone to adhere. Right now we don't really have a formal plan so everyone is scheduling the ones they think would be helpful. It's also possible that we could have some vendors wanting to host quarterly or even monthly which I haven't priced. Someone like Altec might very well be open to a higher fee for being the exclusive paperless vendor of 90 Minds.

I don't think exclusives are good. It removes our objectivity Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S3

For comparison here is what Blytheco is charging - and I think we can charge the same or more. There fees are a little different because some component is also print advertising in their publication (which may only be online/PDF I'm not 100%) , https://www.evernote.com/shard/s1/sh/5a8e3c8c-6886-4364-9280-d6512caeac12/c49f46f9d3ef7a2498b5596e7f0303a2

Looks as if Blytheco's minimum program is about $1,300 for 1 webinar plus ad space. Again not 100% comparable.
