    MOTM Member Breakouts
    "Module and Function" Roundtables: Tables focused on Custom Office, Complex Distribution, Manufacturing, Financial Reporting, Crystal Reporting, etc. Members ask questions of moderators and each other, have open dialog.
    "Speed Solutions" Roundtables: Small groups rotate every 10 minutes to tackle rapid-fire industry challenges. Encourages networking and idea-sharing.
    * Scavenger hunt?
    * Networking Bingo?
     
    Sage 100 Escape Room
    Teams get a clue packet describing:
    A GL out-of-balance after period-end
    An unexplained variance in IM
    A sales order that "disappears"
    A UDF mishap
    A rogue script error like OLE Error: "Object Required: oScript"
     
    Teams race to diagnose the root cause and outline steps to fix it.

    MOTM Member-driven recognition - give "badges" (pins, stickers, etc.) to other members in these categories:
     
    Urgent Support Responder
    Scripting
    Manufacturing
    Distribution
    Report Writing
    Mentoring
    Collaboration
    etc.

    What are thoughts on making the default landing page the "Members Home" page vs. the "My Communities" so they can see current announcements, etc.?

    When and how do new member outreaches occur, and when should Anne pass the baton? Sample outreaches:

    3. Do you want to join a committee?

    Chicken scratch from Jerry's and Amber's meeting 11/24:
    Focus groups on Membership, and/or information to be shared at MOTM (maybe handouts at a designated table, etc.)
    1. "How can I get more value out of 90Minds? How can I find the right resources?"
    2. "How do I complete my own profile and setting to allow for more appropriate connections, information gathering/sharing, etc.
    3. "How can I add more value to the community?"

    1. Is there a way to design "New Member FAQs"?
    2. How can we make the "Member Home" page the default landing page after login?
    3. How can we make "My Community" overnight digests defaulted to "opt in" rather than "opt out"?
    4. What does the onboarding process look like? What do new team members need to know? What are they responsible for? How do they sign for the communities? How do they find people?
