I spent an hour with Joni yesterday to get more details. Since I was looking for an Acumatica customer and another prospect, I didn't get into the details of the Sage 100 Lite version. Looking at their standard pricing, their 5,200 reports are broken into different bucket like SO, Invoices, PO, Purchases, Financial Details, Financial Reports, Opportunities, etc. Each had it's own monthly charge. Full version with Financial Reports and Details with one power user would run about $7,00 per year (SaaS environment). There are other pricing levers including pulling data from Excel, pull from other systems, users counts by type (designer, power, viewer), etc.
CS3 will continue to move forward with our discovery but if anyone in the group has worked with DataSelf, I would love to hear your experience as a VAR and about your customers experience.
