Attached is the reservation list for our Board retreat in a few weeks. I am in the process of updating our dates and finalizing everything with the hotel.
Please confirm that your dates are correct. All nights will be billed to the master account but if you are staying Sunday night, please be prepared for pay for that night on your own after the retreat.

My hotel nights are correct. I'm not leaving on Saturday until very late in the evening.
Looks good for me. My flight out is Saturday at ~1:30pm, so I can at least join everyone for breakfast.

I actually arrive before 1:00 pm on 5/15/24 and fly out at 3:20 pm on 5/18/2024
My checkout date should be Saturday 5/18. My flight out of MDW is at 4:20pm.
