We had a call for about 30 minutes today - after which I provided the attached updated PDF with anonymous summaries of everyone's feedback. I think it's important we provide this feedback as an example of the collaborative power of 90 Minds.
Donald Deshaies (he's Tom Miller's replacement) and John Fronius (he runs KB, Sage City, Learning svc/SageU and reports to Brad Smith) were on the call for Sage.
I did not detect any concrete plans for the future. Sage is very much the type of company that falls into empathetic listening mode (they must have classes for that) without making many promises for change.
I think we achieved a goal of providing Sage with a fairly complete list of candid feedback. What they do with that is anybodies guess.
I argued for a expanded availability for common documents such as supported platforms, integrated applications, etc.
I'll be sure to update everyone if there are future contacts from Sage about the KB.
