    Client is on 2021 Standard.  She just started getting the message today.  I followed the Sage KB 31383

    Uninstalled/rebooted/reinstalled wksetup.  Deleted Fax printer.  Confirmed the default printer in Windows is the same physical printer it was yesterday.  The first printer in the list is defaulting when printing journals or reports.  Is there something else I can check?

    Any different results if you're logged into computer as Administrator?
