Not sure how to define ""Helping"". If they were truly helping, there would be no charge by treating SB customers the same as non SB accounts. CRM license was NC to everyone. Why charge SB for it. And chances are, if you are SB, you have little need for CRM. But if you would start using it (like everyone else), extra licenses are gravy. I CAN see the argument for SI charging for the first report manager. FRx was not part of the original sale like it was for non SB sales. Though in this particular case, I think they bought an FRx license because the client is USING FRx. I can understand the confusion, but what I am seeing/suspecting in this case is the need for GREED.....
