    This paperless error was supposed to have been fixed in v5.1.6 with the new pdf driver, client was getting in v5.1.3. But it didn't. All paperless files are stored on a file server, not the Mas90 server and they only get this error in SO, no matter how many they try to print or who is printing, including an administrator on the workstation. The only solution so far is to take the SO paperless files and move them to the Mas90 server. Of course this is not what they want to do. It's almost like it times out, we have tried every solution posted, literally. Anyone seen anything like it or have thoughts?

    I've gotten a lot of that lately and they've all (except for one that was a network permissions issue) have been solved with the Regedit of the Software key.

    Is this Sage 100 Advanced and if so and if the files are not stored on the server are other paperless files stored on the same server without error. In short, checking to see if this is Advanced whether the account running the server/app/service has appropriate rights to see the other server where paperless is stored.

    @BethBowers I need to go back and check notes, but think regedit was done. Yes @WayneSchulz I believe it is Advanced, but all the other module paperless office files are located in a shared folder called ""paperless"" and the SO folder is the only one getting the error

    Can you save the SO files to a different folder on the file server? Perhaps the same one that the AP files are saved to?

    I have a client on 5.1.0.5 where this has never been solved and the folders must be under the Sage 100 Share. Can't limit rights to these folders. All users of paperless must have rights to all paperless folders. Don't know if this was solved in PU6.

    @RonGouveia it was supposed to have been fixed at PU6, but we ran test install and it is still broke. Will be installing PU7 soon so will see if that makes a difference.

    Here was reply from IT and this ONLY applies for the SO paperless folder all rest of module paperless folders are on a different server - The error goes away if the files are saved to a share anywhere on the Sage server, it cannot be stored to a remote server location, mapped drive, or whatever option.
