Sage 100

This may have been asked before but my search isn't yielding any results...I have a client who still faxes invoices with Paperless Office (Sage Advanced 5.10.3), and when they generate, each invoice to be faxed opens on their monitor in the PDF viewer, and they need to close each in order to proceed with the next. If they walk away and the viewer is open too long, I guess the generation freezes. Email transmission flows on its own just fine. Has anyone else seen this before and has an opinion why the viewer pops up for faxed documents?

Are they using Microsoft Fax or some other fax client?

The standard Microsoft Fax Services.

Ronnie Aspe says to use Foxit and set it as the default PDF reader. I never argue with Ronnie :-)
