This may be a really silly question but is it still possible to download individual fixes without downloading a full product update? Found a KB article for an issue in 2014 that mentions the update SOXXXX-T but I can't find where to download it. It is fixed in PU 5 but customer is at PU 4 and I don't want to install the full update yet. TIA.

Search KB for ""SO5002-T & SO5003-T Shipping data entry generates a shipping/packed mismatch when quantity is fractional to 4 decimal places"" or just so5002. You should get a hit. At the bottom of the page is the hotfix. link

The only silly thing about it is if you wouldn't have asked and never found it at all. Actually, I learned something new in that I believed that once the PU came out, they removed the hot fix.

I had a situation last week where I needed a hotfix but it was only applicable if a PU had been installed. I think it was 2013. Less of a problem for a vanilla install - more problematic when you have two or three invasive modifications bolted-on and need to do a check with each third party on compatibility (Tip: These take about a year or so for the third parties to respond).
