Sage 100

This may be a dumb question and I don't mind asking: Does a client's workstation require Crystal Designer in order to use Business Insights Reporter? (Sage 100 Adv 4.50). Client's complaining that he starts the wizard and it hangs after he selects portrait or landscape. One other clue, he's running 64 bit op sys

I've had some issues with that, too. And this was with a client who did have Crystal Designer loaded, so don't think that's the issue.

We never did get it working, but he actually wanted to do his stuff in Access anyway, so it was a moot point. But it wouldn't work ONLY on his machine, and it was 64 bit as well.

Thanks @BethBowers I thought it might be the 64 bit op system.
