    This just in from a customer -- anyone have a suggestion? I've already bridged the customization groups and ""are you sure they are logged in as the same user"". To which they answer the only way a customer knows "" absolutely - no idea why this changed "" . We have a strange one. Our Materials Manager's laptop does not show a UDF on the second screen of the PO Entry, but it does when he is logged in on one of the other PCs here. We have uninstalled MAS90, restarted the laptop, and reinstalled MAS90 but it did not help.

    Sounds like a panel setting. Maybe he clicked on the Wide Panel button. Just had this the other day. Reset the Panel and made sure they were not using the Wide Panel.

    Are you able to see if from the customization preview? If there are multiple customizations for the screen I have seen some get stuck. It took me deleting the unique customization, ensuring the user could see the ALL/ALL customizations as expected, then I was able to recreate the screen for that specific user. The strange part, was that I could see the customized panel from the Custom Office > customizer task, but NOT from the right clicking on the screen customizer.

    Turns out that this was the wide screen issue that @KennyDaniel mentioned! One user was the only one who used the wide screen. What's odd is that you can flip back and forth with the wide button and the UDF seems to be there. However if you are in wide and move off the panel and then back it must refresh and then you can clearly see the UDF is not on the wide panel. Thanks!
