This issue just popped involving an FRx installation and Abra. I am thinking an FRx reinstall might be the only solution. Waiting for additional feedback on what happened. Abra users?

Isn't this (or similar) one of those issues that has to do with the uninstall folders?

Dunno. Client isn't aware of any recent changes to her workstation. She is scheduled for a new WS in September. May wait till then.

I haven't run across this one. Wouldn't a reinstall of the Abra client be easier than reinstalling FRx?

Don't know. What came first the chicken or the egg? Reinstalling the Abra client would be a lot easier than tracking down the FRx CD. Will let you know what happens.

Isn't FRx on the MAS install DVD? I've never seen this issue before (knock on wood) and we have a number of Abra / MAS clients.

I believe it was always a separate CD. Are you saying it might be on the v4.5 DVD? I hadn't bothered to check since it became non supported prior to the v4.5 release.

I stand corrected. I just looked at my local copy and it's not there. I'll see if I can find a copy.

I've got a 6.7.8 CD image. The install is dated 2/14/07. Is that what you need?

Shawn, I am good on the CD's. Thanks. Just looking for a little direction to start off in. Per @JohnShaver, I will try the Abra reinstall first.

Please wait while Windows configures Sage Components"" message each time a user starts Sage MAS 90 or 200 When a user attempts to access Sage MAS 90 or 200 after completing either a workstation setup or a new installation, they may be prompted with the message ""Please wait while Windows configures Sage Components"". To get around the message they can usually enter through the screen and Sage MAS 90 or 200 will start. This issue may only impact one user, while the rest may be able to login normally. One solutions for this is as follows: navigate to your local C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sage\Sage Common Desktop\1.0 and manually register the 3 dlls there: bsConfig.dll bsRegistration.dll bsStartPageHelper.dll This can be done by typing: regsvr32 ""C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sage\Sage Common Desktop\1.0\bsConfig.dll"" regsvr32 ""C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sage\Sage Common Desktop\1.0\bsRegistration.dll"" regsvr32 ""C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sage\Sage Common Desktop\1.0\bsStartPageHelper.dll

Just pasted the above as something to try - unsure if it's still relevant

Thanks. Will dig deeper if the Abra reinstall doesn't fix it.
