This is on R2 Nanook - Have not received a fix yet still in developement. We have confirmed that the AR_CustomerSalesHistory and AR_CustomerSalesPersonHistory files are still inaccurate with the repair of ID 1-5495. We have escalated to development for immediate repair. Upon completion of the development cycle you will receive the programs that address the issue. ID 1-5495: Cost of Goods Sold is updated incorrect on a standard MAS 90 invoice There is an issue with the AR_CustomerSalesHistory and AR_CustomerSalesPersonHistory files with the repair. With each invoice update, the COGS accumulates the previously invoiced costs. Example: Invoice 1: COGS = 34.37 Invoice 2: COGS = 22.50 Invoice 3 COGS = 45.85 Total COGS = 102.72 The above mentioned files COGS will reflect a total of 228.33: (228.33 - 102.72 = 125.61) Invoice 1: 34.37 x 3 = 103.11 Invoice 2: 22.50 x 1 = 22.50 Total difference of 125.61

Received program fixes. Placed and verfied they corrected the issue going forward. However need to correct all AR_InvoiceHistoryHeader, AR_CustomerSalesHistory, AR_Open Invoice, AR_SalespersonHistory Cost of sales or COGS fields since placing Nanook. May roll into R4?

***Correction not AR_SalespersonHistory..... should be AR_CustomerSalespersonHistory. Sorry about that.
