This is often an issue for me with WIN 7 workstations. Client makes a connection via GoToAssist. I can control the mouse when in Windows Explorer. However, when I try to install a product update or even just use MAS, I can't control the mouse. I have to have the client work the mouse for me. Very difficult to do remote support. Any thoughts on why? UAC not turned off? Some other setting? I must say that this issue is NOT with all WIN 7 workstations. Thanks in advance.

I experience the exact same phenomenon. Seems to be a gotoassist issue with W7 machines.

Me too - seems most pronounced with security type things -- for example often can't see the pop up that warns of access and sometimes the customer is not watching. It's a pain.

ditto with resizing screens. the screen resizes but you don't get the arrows displayin the relative position.

I believe UAC needs to be turned off and posibly the user has to be logged on as the local Administrator. this seemed to work for me.
