This is often an issue for me with WIN 7 workstations. Client makes a connection via GoToAssist. I can control the mouse when in Windows Explorer. However, when I try to install a product update or even just use MAS, I can't control the mouse. I have to have the client work the mouse for me. Very difficult to do remote support. Any thoughts on why? UAC not turned off? Some other setting? I must say that this issue is NOT with all WIN 7 workstations.
