Sage 100

This is from Al Conway who has joined the group but hasn't worked out the access details yet Any help will be appreciated. A client has Sheppard's (SP?) Bill of lading modification - SO-146. I was able to update them to 4.5 from 4.4 and copied the forms and everything was fine. I just upgraded them to 2014 and each workstation prints the form differently. They are using an OkiData dot matrix printer. The other difference is Sage 100 was installed on a new 2012 server.

Do all the workstations have the Oki set up the same way (emulation modes, etc)? Does the Crystal form use an Oki native font? Standard or Advanced or Premium?

Thanks Phil. From Al: Standard version. None of the workstations changed as part of the upgrade, only a new server. The form is currenty and was set to no printer

V2013 and V2014 are very different animals with the new .net that Crystal used. SAGE had a LOT of issues that had fixes issued. I recommend he contact Sheppard and see if there are any other needed changes.
