This is either a Sage or a Crystal problem. It has to do with Wellsprings Print Boss. This happens in Print Boss, but Wellsprings says it's a Sage problem. Using Sage 300 2012 on a Windows 2008 server network, MS-SQL Printing invoices and cheques, Print Boss will not capture the info from Crystal (SAP Crystal 2011) when they print directly to the Print Boss printer. It does, however, work when the reports are previewed and then sent to the Print Boss printer afterwards. Any ideas what's happening?

By the way, this exact problem was the reason for Hotfix 210-1003040, but when you go there it says the problem was addressed in PU1. NOT TRUE!

Hi Stan, there was a new hotfix posted yesterday related t o printing in 2012 - it is HotFix 210-1002820 - Slow Performance is Returned When Printing Reports in Sage 300 ERP 2012 You can download the HotFix here: https://partners.sagenorthamerica.com/irj/go/km/docs/sageKM/Sage%20Accpac%20ERP/Ungated%20Customers/Browsable/Free%20Downloads/Hot%20Fixes/210-1002820.xml It might be worth trying(although it doesnt specifically say it fixes the preview/print issue). Thanks, Marc

I went to that original hotfix after installing PU1, and it told me that it was included in PU1 and I couldn't download it anymore. I'll try this new one and see if it does anything. Thanks
