Sage 100

This is an RDP connectivity problem. We have a client who loses her RDP connection sometimes when printing things from AP. I can't find any consistencies. I doesn't happen every time she prints but when it happens, it usually spectacular, like in the middle of a 100 check run. Any ideas?

Whoa, my first thought is physical, like noisy or unreliable power. Is she able to connect back to the session at all, or does it log out?
