This is an odd report - EU is on 2014 Standard Please check to see why this is happening, sometimes when xxx is posting cash receipts and someone else (yyy or zzz) is posting invoices or credit memos, the image of the credit memo or invoice will show up on xxx's screen, this appears to be a PDF/TS 03 issue but need your expertise on it. In the attached example zzz was posting credit memos and xxx was posting cash receipts and one of the credit memo (company name) which zzz was posting showed up xxx screen. We would like to identify the reason this is happening and correct it so that images (especially confidential ones) do not cross computer screens, this is the third time this has happened over a few weeks time. This is the same customer where occasionally when I use GotoAssist to connect to a spare computer I see a pop-up of an Installed Modules PDF. I've never seen or heard of anything similar to this. I wonder if it could somehow be anti-virus related. I can't think of any reason why a pdf would randomly pop up on someone else's screen. ?

Check the Use Lockfile in pl_advancedoptions_ui, just for kicks and make sure it's checked
