    This is a record. Installing 2013 at a client. Keys don't work. I thought we were past that! Been on hold for Sage Registration for 30 min!

    Isn't what available? I was told that since the new account # conversion, if they haven't made a change (bought licenses, modules, etc), the keys were generated w/ their old account info. I guess I got complacent - I've been lucky not to have encountered this with the upgrades I've done lately. So I didn't have them tested.

    I just ""assumed"" that was a feature of the new partner portal.......... My turn to watch tomorrow.....

    @JeffSchwenk they didn't mention anything about the ability to generate customer Keys.... You can ask tomorrow.
