General Consultant Discussion

This is a new one to me on MAS90 4.4.5. In Paperless Office when you open a customer invoice, the pdf that opens is a different invoice number than the invoice number listed on the lines. I checked it myself remotely and she was correct. Has anyone seen this? Thanks.

Not ringing any bells - couldn't be something odd like the paperless at one point being moved by drag/drop (and no I don't know how this would even produce these results - just thinking out loud)

She discovered this by emailing the wrong invoice to the wrong customer. Hopefully it was an isolated problem but now she mistrusts what she sees. She will keep me posted.
