    This is a great post from Mark on what the present penalties are for failing to renew Sage maintenance. This was taken from a reply Sage sent to a customer who did not renew.     Love this reply that the Sage REP sent: Additionally, Sage has advanced our technical support services recently and to view more detail of how they can help you, visit http://na.sage.com/sage-100-erp/product-support/support-coverage . As of January, partners are now limited to a number of cases to call our support team. So often times partners may need to utilize their customers' support cases to call into Sage.

    I don't think customers lose access to Sage Forums. Have one that didn't renew last year and they're basically getting using the forums for tech support.

    Interesting. Wonder if Sage will start to disconnect people on their new Sage City revamped forum upgrade in June? ..
