This has been mentioned before - if you install Sage 100 ERP 2014 #AND# you have elected to participate in PEP then Sage will prompt users upon login for their email address.
If you login as Admin to Sage 100, turn off PEP, then log bak out the prompt for email addresses will not appear.
I think @JohnnyPabian originally spotted this. Just an update as I'm working on a Sage 100 ERP 2014 upgrade and ran into the issue.
I turn off PEP on all my upgrades since the customer has not given me permission to activate it (same theory as to why Sage by default turns off the ability to partners to see customer case information).
