This doesn't appear to be on the KB anymore - getting ""Activation Key Required"" when attempting to use ODBC (3.71) on a new machine (Win XP, not NEW new machine)... This is one I have TOTALLY forgotten, nothing even nibbling at the back of my brain about it.
