This client is running Sage 100 2017 Advanced. They have Scanforce installed. When they print Purchase Orders to electronically delivery only the form is delivered to the desired party but there is an additional ""feature"". A form with all of the hard text prints to the default printer. I have tried a new form. I have tried a form from my install. I get the same issue on a copy of their company. I don't have a test company to try. The form comes out and looks the same way as when you print a form and they do not have ODBC security rights. All of the hard text fields in crystal print but no data such as invoice number, names, items, dollars, etc. Anyone else seen this?

I've seen what you describe with Group Selection criteria. Perhaps the work table M4T has a blank row in it?

We don't get a blank form if we send directly to the printer. The only table is the PO_PurchaseOrderWRK.m4t table and it has zero records.

po_purchaseorderwrk.m4t will always be blank.. look for the temp table po_purchaseorderwrk#########.m4t

I was thinking someone may have copied a temp file into the work table (makes report change testing easier), without swapping back the blank version.

Yes what Kevin said. That trick is done for the situation where you want to see data in the Crystal Reports designer as you're designing / modifying the form. But it seems conceivable, well ok it is a WAG, in this odd situation of choosing Electronic Delivery, it could have this adverse effect of copying what is temp data into the PO_PurchaseOrderWrk + SessionID + .m4t file every time you print and since it's for a different PO no data would print on the blank page except text objects. Since you only have 1 test company to play with and it's a copy of live then maybe test company inherited the problem too. It's a grasp at straws but you can test by copying your PO_PurchaseOrderWrk.m4t to their \MAS_xxx\POxxx folder.

I can try that but I did DFDM the PO_PurchaseOrderWrk and it is empty.

Also, would I need to copy a wrk file or just reinitialize?

Either copy WRK file or manually reinitialize. Still a long shot.

Any chance the actual Crystal form had data saved with it? I have encountered weird issues that were traced back to the template having data saved. Still a long shot.

By any chance is multi-part printing enabled on the form code?

@LarryBradford . I have a customer with the exact same issue. Did you get this resolved?

@DougHiggs , not yet. Do you have 3rd part enhancements?

They just installed ScanForce.... Hmmmm seems to be a common factor.

This was solved by removing the obsolete Purchase Order program placed by Scanforce.
