@ThereseLogeais @JeffSchwenk We are going to have the retreat at the Embassy suite not the Springhill suites and first discussed. The Springhill didn't have any rooms for us Wed and Thursday(sold out). So I made an executive decision to move the retreat to the embassy suite. (Across the street) they have room and a nice boardroom for our meeting. I went ahead and reserved rooms for all of us on Wednesday and Thursday nights to make sure we had them. (Busy week in New Orleans). We that said I Didn't know what you wanted to do for Friday night and the rest of the weekend . Wayne Robert and I are staying in the Springhill starting Friday night. Let me know if you have reservations for Summit somewhere else.

There's multiple rates based on the night but I think it averages out to about $130 Jim
