Are we going to have a sign-up for additional participants (spouse, etc)? Are we going to ask questions like : - Will you attend dinner Thurdsday/Friday/Saturday? - Will you attend event Friday? Also hopefully we have some way to approve sign-ups prior to committing? Way to stagger the fee based upon when paid?

Are we going to manage this process is a million emails (my inbox is 50+ first thing in the am so I may start missing them) or hunt around Socialcast. If nobody likes Basecamp let's have some suggestions before we get too deep into this. I vote not for post it notes or email reply all.
