There is no incentive for existing customers to move to subscription, especially if it costs more, unless either they have no choice (subscription or nothing) or the features are SO compelling because they can upgrade to 2016, drop maintenance altogether and use the software for the next 3-5 years. When, and if (and that's a big if), the new features become so compelling, they can subscribe at that point, or wait for some ""win back"" promotion. The fact that there's even the term ""win back"" is telling.
