    There is absolutely no such thing as ""it's going to be a quick fix"". If the customer promises this and insists it is 2 seconds and they shouldn't have to pay - suggest they call Sage if it's quick and 2 seconds.

    No doubt. I've been using the ""Sage 100 means a lot of things to different people. May I ask you a few questions to get a clearer understanding of what you mean by Sage 100"" line of conversation.

    A quick question means different things to different people. Is it OK if I ask you a few questions about why you think it will be a quick question?

    Answers can be quick. Correct answers on the other hand...
