Wayne - What you did is what I ended up doing. It's a good work around until the customer calls again next time they print an aatrix form. It seems environmental such as the firewall or something else blocking the auto update. Their IT guy was no help ... No surprise there.

Doug I had this come up with a customer. The way I resolved it was to log into the impacted workstation and manually navigate via a web browser to Aatrix - https://s3.amazonaws.com/updates.aatrix.com/web/SageMAS/MAS90.exe
I believe I was also about to reach updates.aatrix.com and once I found that navigating and downloading the update directly worked I didn't pursue researching this any further. I've found Aatrix automatic updates to be problematic.
I ran this update on the workstation that was having difficulties and the forms were all updated and the customer was able to continue processing their quarterly payroll returns.
