There is a problem in Return of Goods in 4.40.07 where the register update does not clear all the sort files, resulting in bogus ""a return of goods is currently referencing this PO"" messages. Sage fixed it in 4.40.08, and JobOps (and a customer test) have cleared the 4.40.08 programs for use with R3/4.40.07.

My client was just hit with this error this AM. Talk about timing Phil. We are installing the patches tonight.

I forwarded a grumpy customer email and actually got those programs in response the next day

JobOps is planning to issue a patch release for R3 at the end of February that is PU8 compatible.

The big questions is when v4.5.x is going to be released.

Rumor mill has it that the fixes don't always work. Ran into the problem this week. They are releasing JO 440 R3 Astro next week which will be compatible with SU8. But if Jeff is seeing it in 4.5, bummer.

On a call right now with Synergistic and they are saying by June. Plan on nothing before June...and then get lucky if it shows in May.

Very strange. Client on v4.4.7 encountered this issue last month. I installed these two program fixes last month. Resolved the problme. Client just sent a note that the issue had returned.............

I installed the fixes at the client, but they did not resolve the problem. Manually fixing until R3Astro is released this week for SU8.
