    **Themes do not work.** Client is on V2017, SP1, the ""c"" product and is using the ""Standard"" Sage settings. I cannot get any theme to work--the out of box ones based on either Standard or Classic, any new ones, the frame or background color, nothing. The preview looks correct, but doesn't work on any screens. I see that in sy_theme, the theme is valid with my color choices, and that in sy_company, the company has the appropriate theme. I worked with Sage for an hour and they don't have any suggestions. The issue is on the server as well as the terminal server (Citrix environment). Customer does have ACSG Multi bin and Avatax.

    Are you applying the theme to a company code, or do different user codes use different themes? Are there any user codes that have a theme applied in user code maintenance, preferences? The user code setting could be taking precedence.

    @DougHiggs - That is IT!!!!! I've never used user themes (always the global themes) and didn't think of looking there. Thank you!!!!

    User's settings DO trump, so I always say if you use company themes, tell the users to pick their desktop, but not their theme. Unless it's a user who only goes in one company.
