Sage 100

I upgrade a client from 2018 to 2020 and now at least one user who previously could access theme maintenance, can no longer do it. The button is greyed out. I did check that the security role permissions did migrate and he should be able to run that option.

Has anyone else come across this?

I've experienced the need to run System Configuration > Registration > Edit or Update after upgrading.  Perhaps that will allow the task to be accessible.

Just following up with the solution on this issue. There's an extra security option within Role Maintenance > Security Events tab "All to Modify Theme in User Settings".
