    @JimWoodhead and I were talking over some suggestions we've received for the Affiliate Intros and their potential displays. Since our spaces have changed this year: We have dedicated space for lunch, and as such, the Affiliates can set up 'tables' around the perimeter of the room and we can combo lunch with an expo, not a trade show, a display area. For intros there isn't enough space in our Thursday night room for a stage and mics.- we'll move the Intros to a General Session. I didn't know if this would all work, extending lunch, removing the affiliate network break, etc. I've roughed out the schedule and hope that it's okay with you @KateKrueger and everyone else.

    I realized Pick Apart while an accurate verbal queue could be construed as slightly insulting as in pick upon. Please change to ""Pick-A-Part - JobOps or Acumatica Manufacturing?

    Cool thanks, it looks good. I'll have the names to fill-in for Sage parts tomorrow and the rest next week. I'll email you the room names for the sessions, a bit later. The Affiliates wanted to provide session descriptions, which I talked them out of and suggested they give us limited session titles instead. We'll put Affiliate session titles in the Whova part.

    The colors look good - do you want to add the dates to the titles Thur, Fri, Sat, I don't know it would look good/bad? Also, I'm starting to receive the affiliate title and sponsor names, emailing them over to you as they are received

    While uploading the schedule to Whova @KateKrueger I updated the missing presenter names and couple other minor things. I think the JobOps vs Acumatica is going to draw more than the SEO session since we had a change in presenters. I flipped the rooms on those, let me know what you think.
