During this time, the Knowledgebase, online registration, the Reporting Center, and access to other areas of the portals will be unavailable."" Really - the Knowledgebase will be unavailable for 4, possibly 5 days - what are they thinking? Will we get free support cases during that period?

    I totally agree. Partners without a 90 Minds type of backup plan are going to find themselves struggling - especially the smaller ones.
