For Sage 100 Premium edition, the procedure is similar to the above steps (requires a qualified SQL database administrator, as Sage 100 Customer Support does not assist with SQL administration):
- Restore a recent backup copy of the MAS_System database to another temporary (not live) location
- Then delete the record in the SY_System table in the live database location
- Copy the record in the restored SY_System table to the live SY_System table.
