The power of 90 minds if used properly
At least one but possibly more Sage ACT dealers was contacted by their customers that Sage called them and offer maintenance on new licenses much less (a 50% discount) than was available to the dealers. A number of dealers complained and Sage just announced that the same discount was now available to the dealers. Sage ACT dealers do not have a 90 Minds type organization. What is amazing to me, but I guess i shouldn't be, is that Sage didn't care that the dealer has already quoted the customer and two, they thought they could get away with this without a backlash. Apparantely they still have some concern about dealer backlash. They changed the dealer discount policy in less than a day after being discovered.
