    The Object PVXDAX.PVXDictionary could not be initialized. Usually this is resolved by downloading and installing http://www.s-consult.com/2011/11/21/object-pvxdax-pvxdictionary-could-not-be-initialized-during-mas90-4-5-upgrade/ However during an upgrade I was able to make the workstation error go away. Once I uninstalled MAS 4.3 and Crystal 10 and reinstalled MAS 4.5 and Crystal 11.5 the error re-appears when attempting to startup MAS. In this instance re-installing the c++ does not fix the issue

    Update: Looks like a re-run of wksetup resolved this
